Welcome to Digixceed. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before you begin our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our website and services.

2. Description of Services

Digixceed provides a range of digital and IT services including but not limited to:

  • Web Development & E-commerce Solutions
  • Software & Mobile App Development
  • Cloud Management Services
  • Digital Marketing & Branding
  • Graphics Design & Creative Services
  • Managed IT Services
  • Business Intelligence & Data Analytics
    The exact scope of work will be outlined in a written quotation, proposal, or service agreement issued to the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to requests for content, feedback, and approvals.
  • Ensure that all materials provided to Digixceed (text, images, data, etc.) do not infringe on third-party rights.
  • Comply with the agreed timelines for payments and deliverables.

Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.

4. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing

  • All costs will be clearly stated in the proposal or invoice.
  • A deposit (usually 50%, unless otherwise agreed) is required before project commencement.
  • Full payment must be completed upon project delivery or milestones as outlined in the agreement.
  • Late payments may attract additional fees or a pause in ongoing work.

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Project Timeline & Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Client response time
  • Project complexity

Unforeseen technical issues
Digixceed will keep clients updated on progress and will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines.

6. Revisions & Modifications

  • Each project includes a defined number of revisions as stated in the proposal.
  • Additional revisions or out-of-scope modifications may incur extra charges.
  • Major structural or conceptual changes requested after approval of earlier phases will be treated as new tasks and billed accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All materials created by Digixceed remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon payment, the client is granted full rights to the final approved product (website, design, software, etc.).
  • Digixceed retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality

Both Digixceed and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding business information, project details, or proprietary data exchanged throughout the engagement.

9. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Digixceed may use third-party tools, plugins, hosting services, APIs, or platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, WordPress, Google Cloud). We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime of third-party services
  • Policy changes of third-party providers
  • Limitations or restrictions imposed by external systems

Any fees for third-party services are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of client information and project data. However, Digixceed is not liable for:

  • Security breaches caused by third-party platforms
  • Client negligence (weak passwords, unauthorized access, etc.)
  • External cyberattacks beyond our control

Additional security measures may be provided as an add-on service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Digixceed is not liable for:

  • Loss of business, revenue, profits, or data arising from the use of our services
  • Delays caused by external events beyond our control
  • Issues resulting from misuse, unauthorized changes, or third-party interference

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

12. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Upon termination:

  • Payments for completed or ongoing work remain due.
  • No refunds will be issued for work already delivered.
  • Digixceed will hand over applicable deliverables paid for by the client.

13. Updates to Terms

Digixceed reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes will be handled under the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
